ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham Sterling

I stayed at Echo Suites Sterling for three months and overall it was a great experience. First, the location truly cannot be beat. It’s convenient, safe, and positioned perfectly for access to everything in the area. That alone made a huge difference during my stay. The hotel itself is new, which was very important to me. The rooms feel fresh and modern, with DirectTV and strong, reliable internet — both essential for extended stays. The setup is practical and comfortable for longer-term guests. The team was awesome. Every interaction I had with staff was professional and respectful. They were accommodating when I needed some flexibility, and that meant more than they probably realize. You can tell they care. Housekeeping could improve a bit, but I understand they were short-staffed at

Positive: Location Negative: Nothing else. To make things worse, the hotel staff gave my package to another guest, who stole it. We had to file a police complaint.

Echo is a fitting word to describe this hotel (motel) experience. We came to visit family in the area, so we flew in. If you need to lay your head down, this is great. But, if you need any other amenities like a telephone in your room, coffee maker, a hair dryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, a trash can, cups, or any other items found in similar hotels, then spend the extra $40 and stay somewhere else because this ECHOS of a bare-bones experience. The upside is that Wi-Fi is available which is how I am writing this now. One plus is that your room key card is the only way to access your floor. Looking forward to exiting this place soon! First and foremost, the building is perfectly located with plentiful amounts of shopping centers and food options, even within walking distance. It's extremely clean, which I love. Management is always on top of their game. I'm 500 miles away from where I call home, and I'm glad I landed in this Echo Suites by Wyndham. I will always recommend this location to my peers and colleagues who visit the Loudon County, Virginia area! 10/10 This is my honest opinion, not under duress lol

My Mom and I want to say that the general manager Hollow Hicks is so very kind to us and is very helpful to us and always makes sure we are happy here, Hollow Hicks is the best manager ever. Also Natasha always greets us with a smile and is willing to do a anything to make our stay a better one And Anna is so sweet and friendly. And Stephanie is the sweetest young lady and truly cares about her hotel guests .She is a true blessing and makes you feel so cared about. Also we really like Rahul he is is very helpful and caring and wants to always make sure that we are happy. We also appreciate Solomon. Solomon is very friendly and very helpful when my Mom comes to do the Extended Stay. Solomon takes his time to do the Extended Stay right and he always makes sure we are happy. We appreciate
