I stayed here for 3 days and I highly recommend it! They just opened and are in such a good spot! The service Friday night was amazing, the women was so nice and even complimented my shirt lol. The only reason I am giving the room a 4/5 is because the tv kept shutting on and off while I was watching it, but other than that the room had so much space and super clean! Also, an amazing view of the highway and its conveniently by a gas station! Amazing start to a long business!!

The room was nice. The property is nice. But my review is for staff! I am so bad with names but the woman working the front desk Sunday morning helped get our car unstuck from the snow so I could make my flight and that was amazing. I just asked if she had a shovel I could barrow but she came out an helped and I just made barley my flight but would have missed it without her help! 10/10 on service. Will definitely be back during my travels.

My experience at this hotel was defined by unprofessional behavior at the front desk. I presented a valid temporary ID, which is widely accepted in many places, but it was refused without explanation, flexibility, or any effort to verify my identity in another way. The staff member’s demeanor was dismissive and hostile. Hospitality is supposed to involve courtesy and basic professionalism, but that was clearly not a priority here. The lack of basic grooming and presentation standards at the front desk only reinforced the overall impression that customer service simply isn’t valued. Policies are understandable. The way they are enforced is what matters. This interaction felt unnecessarily antagonistic and left a poor impression of the entire property

New hotel? Passing through Springfield and ended up staying almost a full week.. everything is clean and comofortable and quiet. nice staff, would 100% stay here again as its right next to the airport too
