It's quiet clean clean clean and great service. The family who runs this and owns this are phenomenal.. They will go above and beyond to make your stay great.. Great prices. And close the Hard Rock can't go wrong

I would give it a -3 if I could. This is the noisiest place I have ever stayed, the freeway and fire department are right next to it. Single pain windows. You can see light all around the door so all the noise and bugs can just walk in. The holes around the door are big enough that mice can walk in. Inside there is no place to hang a shirt or jacket. No towel bars and no bath towels! The hand towels weren’t even good enough to use on the animals at the farm! I’m surprised there was hot water and toilet paper. There is no coffee pot or coffee in the office. The furniture is so wobbly I was afraid to set my plastic glass on it. When you sat in the chairs they creaked and wobbled. Very nice and clean, great location if you're going to the Hard Rock Casino. Would repeat our stay.

People smoking weed all around the hotel, fighting since 6am outside the room, bathroom didn’t have any cover on the windows so you can bath, most lights did not turn on. Sheets have cigarette burns even in a room that you are not suppose to smoke. Worst part is the surroundings of discussing people dousing each other and does not let you feel secure here. A good thing is that the rooms were really clean and the price is good.

Pleasantly surprised cleaner than the resort we stayed at in Orlando although this place is a bit rundown & if you’re a fan of fabric softener don’t get too excited, if I had to guess I believe they would most likely starch the sheets. Great location to crash for the night if you’re going to a concert at the Hard Rock & avoid the $300 or more rooms there & just a quick rideshare away for less than $10.
