I live there going on 24 years. I love it here. It's a quiet neighborhood. I own my own trailer so I just rent the lot it's on.
New owners do not keep their word, beware!
Visiting friends that live in the park... the new owners made a ton of improvements since I lived there ( about 15 years ago.. ).
They don't like fixing anything that is wrong not helpful at all
