She has gone out of her way to make sure that we have everything we need and has accommodated us in many different ways..S he truly executes her job to the fullest and I’m happy that she’s here

Very quite tucked in place. Staff is awesome. Friendly. Danni is one the staff and she is absolutely amazing when it comes to customer service. And needs for tenants. Very outgoing and spiritually lifted. Dunning mills has changed my experience on living else where. I would recommend 10/10 stars

I just want to stay my family & I had to stay here for a little while during a transition, & I want to say how friendly, polite, and courteous the staff are. The room was clean upon arrival. The stovetop was not working when we received the room, but other than that I have absolutely no complaints. I would highly recommend if you need somewhere to place your head for the night or the month.

A Home Away from Home: Exceptional Extended Stay Experience I currently stay at Dunning Mills, and it truly has exceeded my expectations. The staff is always friendly, responsive, and always go above and beyond to make my family feel welcome. Especially Cathy. The location is ideal, with easy access to groceries, restaurants, and public transport. Amenities like the on-site laundry, pool, and free Wi-Fi make life so much easier. What really stands out is the cleanliness and prompt service from maintenance and front desk – the rooms are spotless and the grounds are kept up every day. Highly recommend for anyone needing a reliable, comfortable extended stay. 😊

My husband, son, and I have been staying at Dunning Mills for the past 7 months and tonight I am leaving. Im quite surprised how emotional I am while vacating. This definitely was/is a home away from home. The staff my entire stay was phomininal!! I feel like I gained another family. Dal the manager was very professional.. He's a straight by the book man. So as long as you are being a respectful tenant you will never have a problem. He even came and wished me safe travels and a gracious farewell. Kathy was another great staff member. She is so real and honest but has a heart of gold. Danny(Danielle) was the first staff member my husband and I met while here. She is definitely a beautiful spirited woman. She always puts her best foot foward to make every single resident feel welcome. From
