Dulles Suites Extended Stay

Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff! The coffee was rich and smooth, and the pastries were fresh and delicious. Perfect spot to relax or get some work done.

One of the worser hotels I have stayed in and I travel for work, I have stayed in A LOT of hotels. This is top 5 for me. The room had looked like it was in the middle of being renovated with outlets exposed and lamps hanging off the walls. The water only got luke warm so you have about 10 mins to actually shower at a comfortable temp. My coworker ended up having bed bugs in his room. The kitchenette only had one plate, bowl, and fork/knife. Not even cups or spoons or pots/pans. The attitude of the staff just screams they don’t care as well. This hotel will be blacklisted from our company and we will absolutely never stay here again. The only decent thing was the bed was comfortable enough to sleep in. The tv was situated to where you couldn’t watch it unless you sat on the stained couch. D

This is the first time I have ever stayed in the hotel suites that has a great set up, kitchenette, nice refrigerator that can fit all my favorite food, cable and strong internent connection. I mean yeah, the room need to fixed because stain is all over the place but I am a clean freak so I clean it myself. The ladies work there are very friendly most of all Mr Rhamani helped me with kind attitude. The only thing that I kinda not comfortable is hearing people from the other room screaming and arguing at late night (ima call police next time). Overall is worth for long term stay and great location to any store and at the airport where I work.

Pros: Very friendly man from Afghanistan greeted me and checked me in with zero problems. Quiet, well lit, property with plenty of parking. Cons: Bedbugs! I had to change rooms. The new room was clean, and I inspected for bedbugs. I couldn't find any. The second room had a shower that ran 24/7. The manager or owner was supposed to fix it while I was out shopping, and it was still running when I returned several hours later. It was running a bit less, but still running. The TV did not work in the room, and I reported it to the front desk. The young lady at the desk told me to swap out the TV's myself from my first room. I am disabled and walk with a cane. I needed to be there for at least two weeks, and I could not go without a TV. Clearly, she could see I was not in the best position to m

I needed a place to rest, low expectations, light on the wallet. Room 311 was the best option at the time! Checked in very late but the staff was very receptive and got me my keys with no delay. The hallways and stair well are maybe typical of a low budget lodging... Musty, old food smell but not rotten, stained, windows opened, visually motivating you to not walk around with bare feet... The location is actually close to an Ollie's and the airport and several eateries so it's conveniently located! Now the room... Pictures can speak a thousand words... Spacious, looked clean, towels nice and fresh smelling, bed was oddly enough very comfortable to sleep in. Office space to do work. Kitchenette, awesome(Although I never used it).
