Drury Inn & Suites Charlotte Northlake

We loved our stay at Drury Inn and Suites. The staff here are so welcoming and kind, rooms are clean, and location was so convenient for us to get to my husband’s testing center. Florence really made our stay above and beyond. During breakfast time she checked in on each guest to say good morning and was genuinely so sweet. On the way to bring my husband to his testing center Florence and another front desk team member waved and wished him luck with encouraging words. It was such a different experience than any other hotel I’ve been to. Having a friendly person to say hello to and chat with really is a step above. Positive: Pleasantness of staff and the "Kickback Hours" which included a tasty comprehensive dinner each night. With the current cost of eating out - this was an excellent value (and even included salad, veggies, and hot dogs and soda). Area kept very clean. Negative: Common areas - elevators (and their doors), and hallways could have been cleaner - quick wipe down and vacuum especially of the elevators. Should be noted that I had just checked out of an exceptionally clean hotel (so couldn't help but compare).

Location was great for our trip to Atlanta. Atmosphere of entire hotel very welcoming. Rooms very clean and it's always nice to be greeted by CLEAN. The value is amazing. We had dinner and breakfast. Noise level was no issue at all during this stay. We stayed near the steps as we have a Labrador retriever with us. Loved the fact that security cameras in back were 24 hours. |THIS was our 2nd stay at a Charlotte Drury Inn. We stayed at this location this trip as it was easier to get on our way in the morning. Both stays were very comfortable.

Blown away by the exceptional service and food. FREE buffet styled breakfast AND dinner. What hotel (other than an all-inclusive) offers both meals for FREE. Every employee went above and beyond as if it was "natural" to them. The amount of diverse guests is proof this is a must hotel to stay at. We will return! Simpson Family

Raquel at the front desk greeted my family with warmth and kindness, allowing us to view the pool prior to booking. Jason tried to contact another location to find a suite with a sofa for us and was on hold for a while. Honestly, they were so nice, we decided to book the room even without the sofa. They serve complimentary popcorn and drinks and buffet dinner! The next morning the breakfast buffet was also complimentary and very good. I liked the veggie eggs, waffles, potatoes, and excellent buttermilk blueberry muffins. Novlette who leads the dining service was very kind and helpful and Jannel at the front desk too. Honestly the entire staff was lovely. The room was clean and comfortable. I just wish the pool was heated. We tried to swim but it was just to cold. We will definitely be back
