Downtowner Inns & Suites

This is brand new hotel right by Bush Intercontinental Airport. As soon as we got into the parking lot we saw how clean it was this was an encouraging sign. Next, we came into the office and were greeted by a nice desk clerk he helped us check-in and afford us several recommendations around the area. After that we went into the room and were thrilled by the size and how clean the room was also the size of the room.

This is a really amazing hotel! The management is great very kind and works with you, it's a very good location for local warehouse workers or any general out-of-town workers, the rooms are really nice and has daily room service that keeps the rooms well maintained and cleaned, the prices are Fair and worth every penny. Unlike some hotels at the price they actually have a decent kitchen with a electric stove and a generous size small refrigerator, the lighting is great and adaptable. It's the perfect place for anyone looking for a hotel for any purpose rather is be coming to town for work or if your in need of a place to hang your hat in tell do you get back on your feet either way this is a amazing hotel and I would deeply recommend it.

So I'm doing this review on here because I wanted cleanliness and bigger room with sink and I got that and im very pleased with the room. Its close to Airport highway and no drama outside no noise also, I get peace and sleep. Front desk I appreciate your customer service. I would recommend here because im seeing a difference here. So it's a work in progress and I like.

Well, I had to ask for an extra towel. There was only one Also asked for him to fix the remote for the TV. He came by and I said someone would come over but it never did so I really didn’t have access for the TV and there were too many carsto park anywhere anywhere near your room and the parking spot in front of the room was blocked off

This motel is in a convenient location near food places and the bush airport. These people are excellent with customer service and friendly hospitality. Clean rooms and an excellent price.
