Customer Reviews
Frustrated, because the staff have been absolutely amazing, and the room we had was spacious and a nice view. However.. upon entering our room, we used the restroom and the toilet broke. Called someone to fix it, it happened very quickly and the man was very kind. Went to unpack our suitcases and found a vape and joint in one of the drawers. Made us pretty nervous that the rest of the room (beds) hadn’t been cleaned properly. Also the only hotel I’ve ever been to that didn’t have some kind of mini fridge to hold leftovers/refrigerated medication that I was stressed to figure out. After coming back from exploring the town, the toilet broke again. We decided to order from the restaurant, and they ended up overcharging us $20+ for our food. Food was also dry (shrimp), missing the sauces (pome
Great stay for a week! The hotel is very large and well kept. My room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The gym was well-appointed, clean, spacious, and not crowded when I used it. The breakfast buffet offered numerous options, and the food was well prepared. I appreciated the coffee stand, which was convenient and offered quick breakfast options when needed. The hotel is centrally located and right next to a light rail stop. I would recommend and plan to return next time I visit.
The rooms need some updating No fridge on the one I was in and I swear that bes felt like a full size and not a queen. I am only taking a star because the location was great, room was clean and staff was excellent. I would likely stay again and maybe try one of the bigger rooms. But I think the room I stayed they shouldn't charge more than 100 bucks a night which they did. With that definitely avoid the queen room unless it's less than 100 or they make updates.
Solid base right next to Lloyd Center mall, Regal cinemas and a nice park. This is an older Hilton, but very clean and professionally run. A few streaming options on the TV: Netflix, Pluto TV, Apple, Disney, Tubi and YouTube. No Amazon Prime for some reason. You can also change inputs from remote which is key, some chains don’t let you. Small gym on second floor, bar, coffee kiosk and even a pretty decent room service menu. Staff seemed exhausted but still polite and super professional. With some of the best rates in town I give it 5/5 and will definitely be back. Balcony rooms worth the extra $ for sure.
Rooms are nice , maybe just a touch dated, if I’m being picky. Had a great view. Be sure to ASK for the refrigerator as it’s complementary but not automatically in your room. The $31 a night for parking seems a little much as there was plenty of open spots. Seems like a way to gouge you for a little extra honestly. It’s also next to the Lloyd Center
