DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Omaha Downtown

Stellar experience. From the wonderful staff, the cleanliness, comfort, and over and above service. Great location, beautiful hotel. Spectacular views. Buffet breakfast was great! On site pub and room service was icing on top. I recommend this to hotel to everyone. Thank you for a beautiful comfortable stay.

I stayed three nights at this Doubletree with a group. I drove a bus with several people to visit Omaha and stay downtown. ALL of the staff was exceptional with any needs and help for me and the senior citizens I had with me. The staff deserves a lot of kudos! The rooms and property are extremely clean and modern. The hotel has a shuttle that goes within 4 miles which is a nice feature and great for going anywhere downtown. The free and wonderful cookies were a nice perk too! I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this place.

Positive: "" Negative: Room was dirty, there was dirt and hair all over the desk. My husband was looking for his glasses and checked under the bed and there was dirt and a nasty silicone ring. The air conditioner was not working. It was too warm to sleep comfortably.

This is our second stay here and they've both been lovely. Friendly check in and service. I'm particular about beds and these are very comfortable, it's a good nights sleep- we heard no extra commotion from other rooms above or below us, nor the hallway. I'd like to give a special shout out to Melanie at Starbucks, she was very kind and attentive to me and others. It didn't go unnoticed that she was taking care with keeping the area and utensils used very clean and tidy. And she had fabulous hair 😀 I'm sure we'll be back here again.
