The room was standard Hilton quality, and I had two good nights rest. The staff was helpful, especially our breakfast server and Kareem at the front. So, to explain the two stars… It brings me no joy to mention all the problems here. I feel sorry for the staff, who have been responding to and repeatedly apologizing for the same issues for months. The lobby has been glamorized, but the rest of the renovations seem to be on hold. I will not stay here again until there is proof that a top-to-bottom renovation has been completed. There are things that can be fixed TODAY: 1) get current pictures (pool, bar, dining room) uploaded to Google Maps and to the Hilton app/website. 2) stop giving the (false) option to pay in advance for parking along with the reservation. 3) provide “do not disturb” do

This hotel was suggested by the company I was in town to train with, clearly they had not done their research first. Upon check in we were met by a trainee who was unsure how to properly get us checked in. The "manager" walked over, barely acknowledged us and told the trainee how to proceed and then tossed a couple cookies on the counter and told us if we needed to park, parking would not be free and we would be charged every time we left the lot. Strange given it seemed to be the hotel lot that we would not have complimentary parking, but ok, we headed to our room.||The smells we were hit with on the way to our room can only be described as BO, very bad perfume, mold and cheap cleaning solution and it was so strong we were literally gagging on the way to the room. Positive: Room was spacious and clean. Negative: Did not disclose that it was under construction. Room door did not work, missed the venue shuttle and made us late for our event. Lobby and Hallways did not have air condition.

I have been a Hilton Honors member for many years and travel on average monthly. Unfortunately, this was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in quite some time. While the lobby presentation was very nice, the check-in staff was less than welcoming on multiple occasions throughout our three-night stay. Additionally, our room was never cleaned, nor were our towels refreshed at any point during the stay. I understand that the property is undergoing construction, and I am confident the updates will be beneficial. However, we were assigned a room on the 7th floor directly below the construction on the 8th floor, where work began between 7:30–8:00 a.m. each morning. I had a very concerning experience at this hotel. During my stay on February 19, I discovered mold in my room. After reporting it to the front desk, I was moved to another room, and then moved again due to additional issues. This alone made the stay uncomfortable and stressful. More concerning, after my stay both my coworker and I experienced fraudulent charges on our American Express cards that appear to have originated from this location. The charges totaled several thousand dollars. When this was brought to the hotel’s attention, the explanations provided did not make sense and the hotel staff did not appear interested in properly resolving the issue.
