What a charming and comfortable space. Beautifully appointed interior. Customer service was great at front desk and especially Bruce the Bellman, he was professional, accommodating and punctual ! Our experience in the dining room was lovely with one exception, which was immediately removed from our bill without asking. Oysters were exquisite, champagne and wine delish. |If I were asked, I would recommend more attention to the phones. We had to repeatedly call down for service from our cel phones. |Overall, this place is a classic.

Positive: Lobby & ballroom were beautiful. Mark head of housekeeping was amazing accommodating. Negative: Attended a weekend wedding. The room was filthy, dark & dingy ($---- per night). Prepaid our room however my credit card had over $1500 of charges after we left. One I was told was parking, we Ubered! Food at rehearsal & reception was appallingly bad!

Hotel DuPont was absolutely amazing and the perfect place for our wedding stay. We stayed there in August last year, and the service from start to finish was outstanding. The staff was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming, which made a big difference during such an important weekend for us. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything felt polished and thoughtfully done, and it gave us a great place to relax amid the excitement of the wedding. The Green Room bar was on another level. Easily one of the best bar experiences I have ever had. The bartender was exceptional and truly top notch, knowledgeable, engaging, and made every drink feel special. The hotel is beautiful and quiet. No hot water from the sink or shower. Luckily the bath has hot water that could rival the suns temperature. I wish I could say you get what you paid for but at $600+ a night hot water works be great. The bed is super comfy.

We just had one of the most exceptional experiences. Taron Stone is the ultimate professional. He provided exceptional customer service Better than what we had have in decades. Taron ensured that we had a comfortable stay. We travel globally often.. and largely due to Taron’s care, we will count this experience as one of the most memorable! This is not our first time staying at the Hotel Dupount. The hotel management should feel honored to have Taron as their consummate hospitality host.
