Hyatt Place Wilmington Riverfront

This place needs to improve in their costumer services skills , the women from the front desk (reception) middle age, blond hair with bangs and glasses was extremely rude. I called around 7 pm because my room was not clean even though I asked twice during the day to a housekeeper if she could clean my room. The housekeeper told me she did not have my room in her list because 2 girls ( housekeeper) were absent today. The housekeeper told me she will try to find someone to clean it. So I left my room expecting they could clean it. When I came back I saw it was not clean so I called over the phone which the rude women did not let me even finish talking about what happen and she told me “ok ok you want one now I will send one now” and hung me up. I wait like maybe 20 minutes and none came. S

Positive: "" Negative: The Ac was loud and it made it hard to fall asleep and hear the TV when set at a normal volume. Also, the shower was lukewarm.

It was a good hotel for the most part, no cream cheese with bagel though. Hard to know where to put dishes for breakfast. Good room. Nice looking place.

My family and I all went out to Delaware to catch a show at the Delaware Theater Company, this hotel was about 5 minutes away via car. The stay was noce and breakfast was good... if you want breakfast automatically added be sure to choose that option when booking the room. If not no worries they can charge the room.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place. The staff was kind and greeted us when we arrived. The hotel room was clean. We had a riverfront view which was absolutely gorgeous. The riverwalk is just one step away and to walk into the Main Street of Wilmington only took thirty mins (to reach the top) or so which was awesome. I will say one thing, if sleeping in is important to you, the curtains in this hotel make it hard to block out light. Sadly our tv or the remote wasn’t really working. Not a deal breaker and not bad enough for us to complain at the time about it. But still not ideal. Also there is an event center attached to the hotel. We came on the weekend so two of the three nights we were there we had a hard time finding parking when we came back in the evenings. But other than t
