The Westin Wilmington

Amazing front desk. The check-in was flawless. The location is wonderful, near so many things in walking distance. Almost made me use my donation to Planet Fitness (so close), but the rooms. The room was neat and inviting, however all of our glasses were dirty. Not just lint dirty, lip dirty. I have pics. Scary even since there is a $7.00 charge for a water. Please do better for future guest.

Top notch service. Everyone was so kind and friendly. Rooms were clean and well stocked. We were there for a wedding with multiple extended family members. A few days prior I realized our rooms were not exactly what we asked for (booked through bonvoy). The manager called me the next morning and sorted it all out. In fact put us all on the same floor. Great time. Highly recommend.

Stayed here as it was close to my wedding venue. We also had our rehearsal dinner here. Janet, Kelcy and Stephanie were the absolute best people to work with. They assisted with the room block, tours and 5000 questions. These ladies were always smiling and made us feel special. I appreciate them all. We booked a suite for the bridal suite. This was more than sufficient for day of wedding to get ready. We had two makeup artists s hairdresser and 9 other girls in the room. Bathroom features a tub and shower as well as double sinks. We used a large conference area for the welcome party and rehearsal dinner. Food was phenomenal

Great Day! My Westin weekend stay was pleasant. I was there for a professional conference. Regarding the conference, our needs were met. We were safe and conducted our business accordingly. The ballroom and separate conference rooms were comfortable and spacious. The WiFi access was great. The assigned room was comfortable and appeared to be cleaned. Above the mirror in the restroom needed to be cleaned up better. The room's refrigerator wasn't working. The thermostat was stuck at 72 degrees which did not keep my food and snack items cool. There was intermittent television service on Saturday. Friday night's dinner that was consumed at the hotel's restaurant was delicious. Just a little slow in the service provided. This was my 2nd time staying at the Westin (both times for a work holiday party). So, a business trip if you will. And both times I had a great experience with the staff (friendly) and the amenities. Okay so the lobby is pretty nice. Festive for the holidays and there's water too next to the elevators. Nothing much to say here besides there's space to work there if you want. It's a nice vibe. And the elevators felt solid. I have lots of nightmares about elevators breaking but I felt safe in them. Took a pic too which is cool so you can see how handsome you are through the reflective ceiling. The rooms are awesome, especially for a single Chad like me.
