DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Dallas - Campbell Centre

I believe you can’t go wrong with any Hilton chain. Location is central to most stuff in Dallas. Super clean facility and friendly staffs. Rosemary at the cafe is very attentive and the front desk staffs are very welcoming. Sabiha (hoping I spelled her name right) was especially helpful. Great price for the value and would continue to stay here for work/personal Dallas trips!

Doubletree Hotel on 8250 N Central Hwy, Dallas, TX. We had a great stay. On Nov 12th, the evening guest service desk associate, Shanoe, she was very pleasant and helpful. She greeted me, questioned if I needed help after seeing me looking for direction. She was helpful to our inquiry regarding if there was a microwave and the location of it in the lobby. It is not in plain sight but located near the front desk in a recessed space with additional snacks near the front desk. We were directed to the bartender working Wednesday evening for dinnerware to warm my son’s food purchased earlier in the day. The room is very clean and beds are comfortable. Free, easy parking. Highly recommend

Positive: Location Negative: I was charged an extra $370 for my stay after paying online and I’ve had to wait five days and still have not received my refund

This was by far the worse hotel experience starting from the clerk at check-in (Sabiha) she was not very welcoming was non verbal to me and my colleague the entire stay. Don’t know if she to fine of African Americans we all felt the same way when coming in contact with her for any type of service during our stay. soon as I checked in my room it needed deep cleaning the carpet needed to be replaced ect the the shower rod came falling down while I’m in the shower everything so cheaply made as if everything was bought from dollar tree. Requested a new room was moved to 1002 my toilet kept stopping up maintenance came handed me the plunger as if I worked here. The manager offered me a coupon for the hassle which the food seem to be frozen food they heat up so they didn’t accommodate me. I had

They really know how to make guests feel valued and comfortable the moment they walk through the door. The king-size bed was unbelievably comfortable.
