Delux Suites

Positives: Initially the room looks livable. The internet is super fast for a hotel, The manager is nice (not rude like most). The price was extremely affordable, management was quick to respond to a very brief wifi outage, The shower works great, good water pressure and temperatures. I didn't find the bathroom repulsive. Room included a mini fridge, two twin beds, built in hair dryer, tv (bad reception on most channels), and a microwave. The air conditioner works incredibly well.||||Negatives: Looks like stains from vomit and hair/dirt all over the box springs of both beds (stains on both sides of each mattress as if they turned it over), looked like a small spat of blood on my pillow case, the comforter had what looked to be old urine stains on it, the upstairs neighbor apparently

My experience at Deluxe Suites has been great. It put me in the mind of a studio apartments with all amenities huge cozy room, nice size television, full size refrigerator and microwave, separate bathroom and closet kitchen cabinets, a kitchen sink, dresser, 2 night stands and king size bed at a reasonable price. Walking distance to stores, gas stations, restaurants, vape shop, barbershop and easy assets to freeway and highways. Minutes from Downtown Dallas

The rooms are a lot better than what you would would expect from a place that looks like it does. Security is good. The police patrol regularly and the staff has a list of visitors vehicles and they enforce towing. The staff is a little iffy. They tried upcharge us by saying my wife was smoking in the room. To bad she doesn't even smoke.

This motel is the best in irving. The staff were very nice and considerable. We have a family of 7. Peter gave us a very big room with a afforadable weekly rate. If anyone going through some issues and need a nice place to live, talk to peter at the delux suites.

Worst hotel!!!! Charged $300 for a weekly, room was the size of a quick trip restroom. All the walls were layered with dirt and other stains. Sheets were dirty, bed is dirty, couch was dirty, bathroom was horrible. Before we got in the room we asked if the room was decent for the price and he reassured us it was a good room. Worst experience! Hotel cecil who??!!!
