Del Rancho Motel

This was the worst motel experience ever. I booked Townhouse Del Rancho Motel Portland Oregon 205 through Hopper based on clean, bright photos, but the reality was disgusting, unsafe, and completely misleading. The room was filthy — mold on the walls, dirty bed sheets, used soap, broken mattress, cracked walls and floors, and a bad smell everywhere. The refrigerator still had old food from a previous guest, and the bathroom door lock didn’t work. Both my wife and I developed skin rashes after staying here, most likely due to the unclean bedding and mold. We also had someone knocking on our door in the middle of the night, making us feel unsafe the entire time. This property is a serious health and safety risk. I recently just met the owner of Del Rancho Motel. He is a nice guy with a great, newly renovated room. I was only going to stay a night or two, but has ended up bieng an extended stay. The room is wonderful, the cable is Direct TV, the shower pressure is awesome, the queen bed is like sleeping on a cloud, and most importantly it is safe and quiet. I recommend this place for either one person or a family. One just has to check out the rooms for yourself. You will be surprised!

Worst stay in my life! We were welcome with flies in our room, dirty walls,ceiling and couch. In the morning I found some ants by the sink as well. I don't know how this place is still in business, customer service wasn't good either.

Got in at 10pm with my little brother for a quick stay before dropping him off at the airport early in the morning. Rang the night bell and meet the employee working who seemed a little tired. Explicitly stated i was paying cash and gave him 2 $100 dollar bills. As I give him my card he reassures me that it will only be used for the deposit. Comes back with my room key, forgets my change so I remind him and he comes back with $85. Get into the room and see a handful of holes melted into the bedding which freaked little brother out who happens to be autistic so I change bedding with him. Not a huge deal, figure it's a cheap place. Thought all was well until I return from my trip and see they charged the 115$ room charge to my card even though I payed cash! My TV broke in the middle of the night it turned off all on its own. It was to late at night to bother front desk so I waited until the next morning I paid and told her if she could fix the TV or switch us rooms she told us she can't do that um excuse me!!!! I have my daughter so a TV is a must it's to hot to play outside and to dangerous so TV is a must.i asked her nicely a few times she refused to do anything about it which is bs seeing how in my opinion we pay way to much just to stay here and not be accommodated. And yes she had other rooms open. They can be nice at times but if something is broken fix it or move us into another room.
