Deerfield Inn & Suites - Smyrna

This place is lucky 1 is the lowest I can give them. Room quality is terrible, the latch to lock the door was completely broken, toilet didn’t flush, & staff was beyond rude. She was banging on my door like the police at 9pm. Please never stay here. No wonder the parking lot was empty.

Returning from a long trip, we needed to find a motel quickly due to bad weather, bad traffic and fatigue. I called and was told $74 a night but ended up being $90. No frills hotel, no amenities, clean with scratchy towels and hard beds. It did have a microwave and refrigerator. No internet. Semi-safe area but loud. McDonalds and fast food restaurants in the area. For a bit more money, the nearest exit has all the chain motels with amenities and free breakfast.

Room was rough. My wife had trouble breathing and we could smell smoke. We ended up checking out after a couple of hours because she was more comfortable sleeping in the car and I had enough sleep to finish our trip.

The Bed's Were very comfy, a mini fridge was perfect cause i brought some soda's. The Shower pressure was powerful tho and they they gave us free soap! free wifi the only thing i should dock off was a bug that crawled on me. my 2 nights were awesome.

I should have paid attention to the bad and true reviews. The furniture was ratty. The smell terrible. They advertise a continental breakfast, but had nothing available. It is greatly overpriced. It was a cold night and no heat on in the room when we arrived, took hours to get comfortable.
