When I arrived, there were a bunch of people just outside, talking around their cars, which made me feel already uneasy about leaving my car parked outside of the hotel. When I checked in at the front desk, things seemed to be okay, but Once I got to my room, I noticed many things. This place needs serious updating, the cleaning staff definitely did not clean this room, so I can only imagine if my sheets were even clean on the bed. There’s dust, mold, grind buildup, etc. The shower floor was so dirty. There were footprints at the bottom of the shower floor. The bathroom was probably the dirtiest part of the room. The microwave was dirty from a previous guest. There were crumbs all over the counter, appliances weren’t working such as the lamps in the room. And not to mention, I dealt with n

The room was musty smelling and black mold on ceiling and bathroom. very dated and in need of repair in both rooms we booked. stains on carpets and cockroaches in the bathroom. many poorly bogged jobs in the rooms and sheets pillow very old. mattress where the worse! every time someone turned everyone in the room heard it. springs and noise not a good combination when you are trying to sleep. on a good note, the staff were very pleasant and helpful, and they tried there hardest to keep the run-down building clean.

Positive: Location Negative: Very poor quality workmanship. Floors in hallways were worn and dirty. Floor in room had lose tiles. Shower surround and ton was spray painted white. Very noisy all night. Expected better for brand name hotel. It was more like an unkempt mom and pop.

****MAJOR SAFETY****CONCERN: Unsafe and Unprofessional. I will never stay at this property again. For the second time in three months, I was checked into a room that was already occupied. Walking into a room to find a stranger in bed is frightening and a total breach of security. The first time this happened at this location, I was greeted by an occupant holding a firearm—an incident for which the hotel offered no real apology or compensation. The front desk staff is consistently unfriendly and dismissive. When I reported the double-booking this time, they moved me to a smaller room, but the lack of accountability and the history of these errors made it impossible to feel safe. I was given an actual key to my room and told not to lose it, its the only one, for starters. Later that evening, I figured out the heat doesn't work (temps got down to 40), I responded to their "Welcome" text that said if I needed anything to text them...3 text messages and 40 minutes later, in ALL CAPS, they said, Sorry, please come get a blanket. (I paraphrased) The next day, I noticed the hotel was smokey, when I asked the front desk, they said there was no problem & they had it checked out. I had to open my window, I was getting nauseous. Then the smoke alarm went off, the fire department was finally called. Now, my room was clean for the most part, but not the stove, and half the fire sprinklers looked like they might fall out of the ceiling. The best part, no door knob!! Will not be
