Helpful staff, conveniences provided, amenities suitable for our needs. New management works very hard to accommodate guests. Desk manager, Ms Dora is very knowledgeable and comprehensive with the customer services provided and provides solutions in a timely fashion. Beautiful pool out in courtyard...be great for pool season as the hotel design goes around 4 sides of the view. Noticed renovation underway on opposite side of campus with complete makeover, all new interior, furniture, bath appliances, etc...looks like a whole new facility. Will hopefully stay in one when complete.

So this was a little different than most. Started out ok, quiet, we're nice at first, price what I thought on the low end. And then it started when I earned points to get a free room. So I got the suite which nothing about the word suite described the room. It was just a adjoining room with a full fridge and a coach from mid 60s. But it was a change and accommodating so no complaints. When I checked in I was given a 2 bed room then you Renew your room and suddenly getting charged for a room I never wanted. If you disagree the lastly just says dont like it we will throw you out. Not a single care about the guest. We'll fast forward they make all these promises like they price match but they only price match their own website and not on weekends. And their weekends according to manager is Th

The most horrifying experience of our lives dirty, the smell of smoke effected my asthma, mold smell. band aid covering peak hole, fluid on walls, dirty towel in closet. we checked in at 3am from long drive to an absolute Nightmare. we could not find another room till 8am at another hotel. told them immediately as entering the room. Elevator broken, adjoining door did not properly lock. turned AC on for the couple hours we had to wait for another hotel 15 minute away and had to shut off from the dust and smell of mildew. WORST HOTEL in my 54 years and I travel often should be condemned. staff offered me half my money we were there for a total of 3 hours I was exhausted. we laid our own blankets to sit till i could find another hotel due to family weekend and Keeneland. Positive: Smoking rooms an close to store Negative: tub stopped up. No daily house keeping. I was informed on my 6th day of stay that if u extender stay they only clean every other day. Which is gross Noone wants use towels for 2 days in row. This should be noted on web site & @ check in time

I've been staying here for awhile now and I absolutely adore the workers, they're extremely friendly and go above and beyond to make sure that my stay is the most enjoyable experience while Im here. They make sure that not only the rooms are clean but the entire hotel is clean especially while they're under renovation. I loved it when they were offering healthier alternatives to their breakfast as well such as the apples that they were putting out and I hope to see more of a variety of apples and other fruits here soon! Out of all the hotels that I have stayed in, this one has by far been my favorite hotel to stay in and I've been recommending it to all my friends and family!
