Absolutely amazing service & quality from the moment we walked in the gentleman who checked us in originally gave us upstairs room saw we had quite a handful of stuff to carry asked if he could get us one on ground floor as im handicap made the biggest difference in the world . The place smells clean and not like just bleach and pool but like home. The pool didn't not have to much chlorine perfect temp. Now the room OMG WE GOT THE KING SUITE WITH HOT TUB BEST DEFINITELY WORTH IT. Rooms were 100% clean amazing water pressure all around out of every hotel we have stayed at over the last 4 years this is by far the best hands down . We will stsy here every single time we come down for midwest darts... Truly appreciate everything THE TURLEY'S

Positive: Pool Negative: A hot tub was advertized

Helpful front desk clerk, although we did not get our promised veterans discount. The room was very clean and spacious, and our king-size bed provided a super comfortable night of sleep. The breakfast area was spacious with a nice selection, and we made use of the coin-operated laundry room on site. Our bathroom (Room 226) could use a little TLC. The toilet flushed intermittently, and the shower did not fully engage (about half the water still came out of the bath spout).

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay! I had an amazing experience during my stay! The gentleman at the front desk was absolutely awesome — friendly, professional, and very helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was also perfect, surrounded by plenty of affordable fast food restaurants, which made grabbing a quick bite super convenient. I’ll definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

After a long day of driving I needed a pet friendly hotel and found this one online. I paid at the desk and walked my dog in the front lot. I thought it was odd that the paperwork didn’t ask about my dog but I was tired and went to the room to sleep. After getting home today I see that they charged me an extra $150 for not telling them about the dog. Upon calling the hotel they told me they would not refund my money despite not having anything in the paperwork that I signed discussing the pet policy. I asked for a call back from the owner/operator and haven’t received one. I clearly wasn’t concealing the fact that I had my dog with me. It seems they look for reasons to levy add on charges. I wouldn’t waste my time at this hotel again.
