New Victorian Inn & Suites

I was sent to Sioux City for an extended stay for work. The management and staff were very accommodating and helpful. The room was a good size and the entire facility was kept clean. Breakfast was from 5-10am everyday and had pretty much something for everyone they had proteins, fruits, cereals and breads, tea and coffee. The location was great for my purposes it was just off the highway and within a short distance of many restaurants and various stores. The room had a microwave and refrigerator, as well as, ironing board and hair dryer, not to mention the shower actually had good water pressure, not just a trickle like some places.

My wife and I stayed 1 night, arriving before 3PM to a welcoming receptionist who checked my ID, processed my payment while I filled out a liability paper, then presented the key cards to an upgraded suite. We took the elevator to the 3rd floor.|Room #316 was wood floored, clean with a couch area with kitchenette(medium & full sized refrigerators), medium sized TV, then a desk & chair, clothes bar, easy chair, very comfortable king and large TV. Large window views over Toyota to distant Walmart.|The fully outfitted bathroom had a tub/shower fan and heat lamp. The TV’s had a hotel guide with 50+ channels(CNBC, CNN, ESPN, HGTV, MSNBC, networks, etc).|Good secure wifi, ample outlets, good lighting and under window AC/heat. |The 5AM breakfast was good and kept clean: OJ, bananas/madarians, ki

Convention location to the interstate but associated noise of the area comes with that. Website doesn’t warn you the pool is closed for renovation. Breakfast is advertised but should say continental as the options are pretty limited for a full breakfast. Fine place to stay if you just wanna crash and move on but it’s old and bandaided together otherwise. Under $75 it’s what you’d expect it to be. Mostly lowering rating because of the pool situation. If it gets added as a banner to the website or third party sites, I’ll update the review with an additional star.

Stayed a week, no complaints. Was on the 3rd floor, the higher the better and was a quiet, peaceful week. I'll be staying there every time i break in Sioux City. Very kind staff as well
