Hilton Garden Inn Sioux City Riverfront

Very nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. Room was in great condition. Nice body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided.|Right next to a walking trail next to the river if you want to stretch your legs.|Immediately off of I-29.|Lots of restaurants within a short driving distance.|Only drawback was the lack of a complimentary breakfast.

Newly remodeled which is great. But lighting in the rooms and specifically the bathroom was not great. Very dim. The showers are beautiful but no ledge to put personal toiletries so you have to put them on the floor. Also no foot rest for women to use to shave. Final straw was that there wasn’t a blow drier in the room. I called the front desk and was told they wouldn’t be able to provide a blow drier. Hard to believe they have zero blow driers on property. Location is great for visiting the beautiful downtown area but unlikely I’ll return to this property.

Positive: Friendly staff. Large space. Negative: The restaurant was too expensive.

I do wish they had free Breakfast in the morning. Great place for the sunrise and sunset. Next time I hope to get a room viewing the river. My fault, I thought we had one. I did ask, but the lady said they could not change it. Even though no one in those rooms across the hall from me. It's okay. I still like the place. Just my thoughts for my first time staying.

Hotel is very clean and staff is great! Real professionals. Missouri River is as beautiful as it gets with ice flowing. Complaint I have is the dumpster gets emptied at 4:50 am. Kind of like a really angry alarm clock. Sound actually funnels through the air conditioner. I was in room 214 facing the river, if you don’t pay the extra money to face the river, you won’t get woke up by the dumpster.
