Stay SOMNI - Sioux City

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! I came to Sioux City on a travel work contract and stayed here for a little over 7 months. The apartment was cozy, fully furnished and had everything I needed. Having a gym right next door was one of my favorite luxuries, especially on busy days. Anne was always so polite and responsive. Whenever we had a request she’d reply back promptly to make sure we were taken care of. I’d recommend this place to anyone needing a short or long term stay in Sioux City!

First off Anne is very nice and helpful. Hopefully they go nation wide with places like this. I travel for work, and it is so nice to have this place as an option to stay rather than a hotel. Myself & a co-worker got a 2 bed 2 bathroom to stay in while working in the area for about a month. It's very convenient having a full size kitchen, and laundry on site, our particular unit has a stackable washer/dryer inside. If I get scheduled to work in this area in the future,I will certainly inquire about this place again.

We came to town for a couple of months and needed a place to stay asap. I called Siouxland Suites and Anne got us in an apartment within just a matter of days and at a great rate! She met us at the apartment and was absolutely wonderful! We had everything we needed in the fully furnished apartment. It was wonderful and Anne really made our stay easy and comfortable! I would definitely recommend Siouxland Suites to anyone traveling to Sioux City! :)

I stayed with Siouxland Suites for 13 weeks while working in the area. The apartment was furnished extremely well with everything you could need. It was decorated nicely with new/clean furniture and linens and, most importantly, a big comfortable bed. The apartment really had everything I needed for a long term stay and the little added touches like some assorted groceries/treats on my arrival didn't go unnoticed. Anne was great and made the rental process and stay easy and stress free. She was quick to respond to any questions (and I assume the same with issues as I never had any). Thank you Anne and Siouxland Suites for making my stay in Sioux City comfortable and stress free. I highly recommend.

Anne was absolutely amazing from the first time I spoke with her, through the duration of the 8 weeks. When my Daughter was awarded a Summer Internship and we were responsible for finding housing for 8 weeks in Iowa, to say I felt over whelmed was an understatement. After speaking with Anne I knew we had to rent from her. She was so informative on the area, and understood my concerns of sending my Daughter to an area we had never visited before. She personally welcomed my Daughter when she arrived in town. She made us all feel we had support while I my Daughter stayed in a state all by herself. Her apartment was decorated so nice, and made you feel just like you were at home. Anne had the apartment furnished with absolutely everything you could possibly need! I highly recommend you
