Days Inn by Wyndham Salisbury

Power was out so we stayed in room 241. Towels were dirty and the size of hand towels had to ask for remote to tv. No hot water to take a shower. Stairways had ice all over them. Candy, uno cards were under everything. Place was dirtiest place I ever stayed. Manger only gave e 20 discount. Do not recommend this place should be turned into health dept

Positive: Nothing, it was not as advertised. To be honest it should be torn down. It is full of roaches, I had to go buy a can of Raid from Lowe’s. Because the Saturday bike ride is the largest event in Salisbury of the year going somewhere else wasn’t an option. Negative: This was the filthiest place I have ever been in. We only stayed there Friday night. When I got back Saturday we packed and left. I was there for bike ride on Saturday as were a number of other people who stayed there Friday night.

Dirty towel, no tissue, TV is not working, Bed has dead bugs underneath the sheets, fly trap attached to ceiling, bathroom door does not close, no cloth hangers in the room, room smells very bad and need a serious deep Lysol cleaning, pop some popcorns and still can not get rid of the smell. No breakfast even though I paid for it ( false advertising ). And the worst of all is not poor customer service but zero customer service at all. Address the TV issue to the front desk ( need some distractions from all the problems ) but he told me he just got on shift and there is nothing he can do about it. The only plus side I can think of are the hot shower and the microwave still work!

They lie on their website. They don't offer free breakfast. They just offer coffee, tea, and juice. Website says free breakfast item in addition to that. Rooms are dirty. Lots of flies. Going to follow up with Priceline until they make it right and remove this hotel from their listing. Edit: since I can't reply to a response. Note how the owner's response does absolutely nothing to make it right. Expect the same if you take the risk. And no, just orange juice and coffee is not considered a hotel breakfast which is why I was first told by staff there was no breakfast despite your hotel's advertised description. Hope my bad customer experience was worth saving a muffin.

We booked this on Expedia and the reviews on there were a lot better ratings than on Google so we were a bit worried on what to expect. Glad to say we were pleasantly surprised! The host was super helpful and the room was fit our needs perfectly. Although the door was slightly loose when locked, the room itself was clean and the sheets smelled fresh as well. It was definitely not luxury by any means but definitely great for someone on a budget !
