Days Inn by Wyndham Richmond Hill/Savannah

This place is SO gross!!!! First, go read the reviews. When the hotel’s response to EVERY review begins with “We sincerely apologize…”, you should definitely go somewhere else! The office is separate from the rest of the hotel. There is absolutely no a/c in the office and I’m pretty sure he had the heat on. When I walked into the office, the clerk made me feel like I was in India. When I got to my room, it smelled like I was in India! Seriously, room #113 smells like a urinal inside a dumpster! The attached photos are from the a/c vent in that room. Judge for yourself. They gave me a different room, which was MUCH better and still awful, but the first room was a true learning experience! The location was too far out from downtown.. the room was big but wasn't cleaned well i was only there 1 night was the only reason I stayed .. The sheets has some kind of substance almost like a wad of glue on the corner and black marks on them .. I had brought my own sheets and am glad I did ! Because I used them on the bed .. the toilets were clean and the sink but the mirror was not and the floors were filthy.. I definitely wouldn't stay there again

Absolutely disgusting and unsafe. The room was filthy with stained bedding, dusty/moldy baseboards, shredded curtains with paint splatters, broken furniture, and a bathtub so gross I had to shower in flip-flops. I even had to disinfect surfaces myself with spray from my car. This isn’t just “old” — it’s a complete health hazard. Do not stay here.|

Positive: It was by far the better hotel out of the other 3 hotels I’ve stayed in considering my situation. I would definitely stay here again and I definitely would recommend it to anyone. It was quiet and there was no smell of weed. Negative: No

My husband and I stayed at Days Inn Richmond Hill GA on December 31st 2025, after going to get my broken down truck from southern Georgia. I made reservations, sitting in the parking lot, as we didn't know exactly where we were going to stay, until we got too tired to drive. We didn't check in until after midnight. It took the clerk 30 mins to check is in because she was getting out card information from our Wyndham account. We had come from NC to Southern Georgia and hadn't stopped anywhere since SC. The desk clerk, a foreign, very dark skinned lady, checked us in. An hour after checking in, I got a fraud alert from our credit card company where she tried to use our card for $125.77 at Papa John's, in Richmond Hill, GA. They declined the charge.
