Days Inn by Wyndham Queensbury/Lake George

My son stayed here from 12/01/25-12/17/25. I never received the refundable $150 when he checked out. He does not smoke and I cleaned the room when he checked out. I confirmed with 2 different people at the desk, of when I would get my refund back and was told it would be deposited when he checked out, never happened. On 12/23/25, my card was charged and denied 10 transactions from them of $505.05. When I called, they acted like it was my banks fault. Then on 01/03/26 they charged my card again $505.05 and received it. After calling, upset, demanding my money be put back into my account, it was put back the next morning. This morning, 1/11/26, I wake up to 6 transactions from Days inn, they were able to take $205 out of my account. Everything else was denied because I only had so much in my

Not only did I not stay here because of the conditions but they wouldn’t give me a refund after saying they would. Rooms are not what they look like and smell like cigarettes.

Positive: One off the staff at night time he is good Negative: There is so many things not cleaned rooms needed maintenance and there is no break fast properly by management but they are charging us money.

This experience staying at any hotel was the worst by far. They didn't even try to have a clean environment for there customers. the room smelled of smoke and the bedding seemed not to have been changed. I feel as if the days in let me down as i have stayed at one in Florida in the past and it was an excellent value and experience. we left a day early do to the horrible room. and were not even given our money back for the second day. please don't patronize this establishment as it is a scam. Not a hotel.

This place is what you pay for. Creepy vibe located off the highway. Motel style. Sort of clean- shower was musty with black mold. Bathroom reeked of male urine. Sheets were dirty… maybe not changed? The floor hadn’t been swept.. but for 80$ oh well!
