The only reason I gave it 1 star is because it wouldn’t let me leave a review without it. Customer service was next level terrible. Each person working here needs to take a class on how to be professional. I was refused extra towels and toilet paper when requested. The room smelled like black mold. The paint appears to be applied to cover up the black mold. There was water damage in the bathroom on the ceiling that was just painted over. The pillows and beds are not comfortable. The chairs are cloth and worn out and smell as well. One of the leather chairs had crumbs and food smeared on it from the last occupants. When asked to fix room keys due to not working I was denied as well as told it was my fault they didn’t work. They refused to allow me to have a do not disturb sign and only clea

There is a reason this place has the worst reviews ive ever seen.first my wife goes down for breakfast and they scream at her telling her she can only grab 2 when we got 4 people in the room but okay.Second they tell me we can stay til 11:30 but right at 11 the house keepers start knocking on the door and windows tell us we have to leave or they will call the cops for not signing out in time. Later we call and tell them what happened and they put us on a do not rent list. Which ive never had happen to me ever. So thats crazy. So I go next door at motel 6 and they told them not to rent to us. And that we were causing trouble. Crazy owner ship. Going to be contacting corporate with all our proof

I liked the room and the bed. It's a shame that there were roaches in and near the bathroom area. Pest control would go a long way to improving the place.

The stay was not great. My family arrived and was given a room. When we got there, we noticed obvious stains on the blankets of both beds and pillowcases. My husband called to get them replaced and was told by the worker that they would not provide new blankets and sheets because we just checked in. This was alarming because how do you not change DIRTY sheets for someone who just checked in. That’s EXACTLY what you should do. My husband had to demand the new blankets and was told to come to the office. He got there and they only gave him two under covers after having to asked because they were only trying to give him sheets and when he said we needed blankets they told him they wouldn’t give them because they would have to open a new pack and they were not going to do that.
