Breakfast room was well-stocked with everything with 6 hot items, great for fast food before you hit the road. I had waffles, sausage, eggs and hash browns. The room was clean and lots of towels. Gabriella was thoughtful and provider outstanding customer service. She helped a family plan their entire vacation weekend and Gabriella truly tried to make a difference for guests

Beware of the $200 deposit on the room! I stayed here with my 3 yr and 11 month old sons. I am was using a homeless voucher for the night to stay here. I booked a room that said they would have a mini fridge and microwave, but no fridge or working microwave. My son spilled a couple spots of chocolate milk on the sheets and they decided that it was worth keeping my deposit. I admit I was rude to the front desk worker after them denying my deposit. But I am homeless, that deposit amount was another night for me and my boys to be in another room for the night. They did end up giving me $100 back, but like I said another hotel night taken away over a small stain on a bed sheet. I've never had to put a deposit down before when I stayed here, and now I'll be out of money I needed for my kids. Cl

I got here after I finished my last call for the day, this was 7 minutes drive away. I got my room quick and easy no problem. I walked in my room and saw the TV was destroyed. I turned it on and took photos, walked to the front desk to let them know it was like this upon arrival. They offered an exchange room, I declined, the front desk worker was very nice and super apologetic, its not her fault! Besides, I dont evem watch TV, I just wanted to make sure they knew it was like that is all.... I left to get food. I walked in and thought I should turn the heater on cause it was a little cold. Wouldn't turn on. I used my flash light and checked to see if it was plugged in, it was. As I ran my light over the vent I was able to see inside of the vent line. Completely full of multi colored mold.

The receptionist when we got there was friendly and nice. The room smelled and looked fine. The breakfast was nothing fancy but good. The only thing was the people walking around the parking lot at all hours of the night.

We tried to check in at 4:30, 1/2 an hour after our anticipated arrival of 4:00 and 1 1/2 hours after the advertised check-in time of 3:00. The front desk was extremely short staffed with one person trying to check-in four parties, and the check in process took a long time, mainly spent waiting in line. Our room was not cleaned yet, so we went to an early dinner. When we came back after a leisurely meal, the room was ready but lacked a refrigerator, requiring us to move to a new room next door. ||My sister pulled the bedspread back, sat down, and immediately started itching. There were short black hairs all over the bottom sheet; my sister has long, blonde hair. We notified the front office, and they immediately sent housekeeping out to change the sheets. ||It took several hours for the r
