If I could give this place zero stars, I would. From the moment I arrived, everything felt wrong. The room was absolutely disgusting — it looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in weeks. Dust everywhere, stained sheets, and a bathroom that smelled like mildew and neglect. The photos online are completely misleading. What they don’t show are the dirty walls, questionable stains, and a general sense that no one here cares.||The staff were shockingly unprofessional. Cold, dismissive, and at times downright rude. Any question or concern was met with eye rolls or complete indifference. It felt like they were doing me a favor just by speaking to me.||The noise levels were insane. My room was recently renovated and in great condition. The room was clean and tidy. However, there is a lot of foot passage from other guest rooms until midnight and then early morning. They slam doors and talk loud in the corridor. Expect a lot of noise if you sleep there. I some guests are renting the rooms monthly (with family), explaining the heavy foot passage and noise.

We had a stay there in the beginning of December last year.The best hotel in the area for the price what we paid.The room was clean it was no sign of pests,water was hot ,bed was comfortable.For the price we even got a small bite for breakfast and coffee or tea.The receptionist was professional and patient even when I had a problem with my credit card and he had to start the whole check in process from the beginning.Overall staff were helpful. Don’t expect the Ritz ,this place is perfect to crash after a long day of sightseeing.With good planning you can be on time square in 45 minutes and half of the time we traveled free because the touch in system didn’t work on the bus but the driver let us board.We didn’t have any problem with our stay there.Jersey and New York is amazing.Focus on tha

Positive: Nothing. I have photos showing how dingy and dirty the whole room and bathroom were. Negative: It was dirty. There was mold in the drawers. The bathroom was filthy. There was hair and dirt on the beds. The tv and the lamps did not work. The staff was rude.

Part two of my rant of this horrible hotel. Find the first part on Expedia under Rose. The last part ended with me and my bf moving from our previous room to a new one due to the toilet flooding in our old room. This new room faced the highway so it was noisy as hell from the constant rush of cars and traffic. We fell asleep to the lullaby of a couple next door "dancing" for 3 minutes and the doors slamming (doors were heavy and loud as hell). But enough of the room, let's talk of the location. It was a quaint neighborhood and it would have been nice had it not been for the huge hill you'll have to climb every morning that spans 5 blocks to get to the only buses that run in the area. "Oh, I can take an Uber" sure buddy if you're raking in enough money to wipe your butt with hundred dollar
