Days Inn by Wyndham Hershey

We stayed for new years eve. The check in and check out process was easy. The staff was friendly. The room could have been a little cleaner. Our biggest issue was the pool is by the desk and none of the employees even check on the pool. We were trying to enjoy the hot tub and a bunch of kids are jumping in and splashing us. No parents in sight. I understand kids are kids but you can have fun and be respectful to others. The employees should kindly tell parents it would be appreciated if they didn't jump and splash others.

It was good for the price. Breakfast had good options. Pool was freezing would have been better if it was heated. Hot tub was great, had guest laundry area with a few games. Great location, close to downtown restaurants and shops. We had a good time on our trip

The staff was friendly, but unfortunately that was the only good part of our stay. The shower faucet dripped continuously (more like a steady stream), we could hear running water coming from somewhere the whole time (not the faucet), and the large crack in our door allowed us to hear everything. We were woken up at 6 am to an alarm from another guest down the hall. The alarm went off for 15 minutes, too. 🤪 Definitely would not recommend this place if you want to actually sleep!

We mainly booked this over other hotels at the time we were staying due to price and an indoor pool. The pool was in a VERY weird location - basically at the lobby with windows for everyone checking in or coming-and-going to see you. People would stand in the lobby waiting to check in or waiting for the rest of their party and watch you in the pool/spa. Nothing relaxing or remotely private about being at the pool. It was like being on display as an attraction.
