Days Inn by Wyndham Goldsboro

We went for the handicap room with a king bed and large walk in shower. With easy access to the major hwy 70 right next to motel. I reserved it due to my wife needing a walker to get around, arthritis in both knees. Anyway. So: Check in was greatl, courteous staff. Room was clean and the bathroom was the star of the trip. Walk in shower+ toilet was in same area. It had a stool for the shower that was large A+ on that feature. Shower head was on an adjustment rod for ease of access ♿. It had a King size Bed (Very comfortable) 4 pillows. And it had an updated ac/heat thermostat on the wall that controled the heat pump unit . TV was large & Mounted on the wall. Small refrigerator was clean. Microwave was clean. Updated lights on nightstands with power outlets. Electronic card for room was

Positive: Staff was pleasant and helpful. Roses were bloomed and wonderful fragrance outside. Negative: Bathtub was slippery so I had to put a towel on the bottom of it to keep from slipping. Complimentary breakfast ended too early.

Was supposed to be handicap room. Could use shower. The walk to my room was very long. So the owner decided to help and push me there in a office chair outside in stead of be slow and careful she decided to hit a numb to get over it. Dumping me on the pavement. Hurting my back and elbow. A employee came up and got me on the chair. Then to the room couldn't help on the bed. They were very aggressive and scared me. So they put me in a very low chair. Could not stand so I slipped in the floor. I was there 45 minutes when this employee showed up he gat someone on the bed. Very aggressive again treating like a rag doll. I rest a bit and got up to get ready for bed.. rescue squad showed up because manager said I was having trouble standing. I explained to her she created it all. So if you have

Terrible experience!!! I spent the night here with my kids and husband thinking it was great until check out . Went to the front desk to check out and got told that my deposit ain’t getting return!! Then they proceeded to tell me that the room is missing a pillow! I called the cops and asked to view the cameras for them to see I did not take a pillow and I made sure the cops check my car to make sure it’s not in here even after all that the manager didn’t want to check the cameras and didn’t give me my full deposit! Next time they need to tell people how many pillows are in a room and I will go to court for this ! This is just crazy even after there is cameras and my car was basically empty they still took my deposit!

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and once again the experience was very positive. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. Breakfast was great before my departure, with good options and everything well prepared. My room was clean, smelled fresh, and was very well organized, which made my stay comfortable. I truly appreciate the excellent service, attention to detail, and warm hospitality.
