Days Inn by Wyndham Gillette

I needed a hotel unexpectedly. Checked reviews & this property came in with wonderful reviews. I could see why when I got there. The girl on the front desk, Nikki, was so friendly & accommodating. The room was clean & comfortable. Morning staff was just as friendly & accommodating. Would stay here again.

Comfy bed, refrigator, good breakfast & helpful staff. Clean, safe with security cameras. Quiet. Had a problem with TV & issue was resolved in a timely manner with a new TV brought into our room. Traveled with our pets & had no issues.

Positive: Cheap price, breakfast was alright. Negative: Hotel is dated. There was some type of hole in an exterior wall that was closed with paper. Crack/chip in bathroom tile that is in a walkway.

Rooms and service are okay. Breakfast is basic but it’s stocked full. The Maintenance guy is great. Super friendly and helpful. If you need anything he’s the guy to go to. The front desk wasn’t super helpful and always had an attitude except for the very sweet older lady that was able to duplicate us a key instead of erasing the other two when we locked ourselves out of our room. The housekeepers will be cleaning rooms til 5/6 pm. It’s a cheaper hotel in the middle of Gillette. Overall it’s not a bad stay, but for the most part try not to need anything.

The hotel rooms were very clean. We had a wonderful nights sleep, the beds and sheets were very comfortable. This was a great deal! We will definitely stay again if we are in the area. Breakfast was subpar, not many options and refill time was slow, but can’t complain for the price.
