When I tell you NEVER AGAIN, that's what I mean. The customer service is absolutely disgusting. When I first checked in, the gentleman was very rude. I ignored it, tried my best to remain calm, and moved forward. I checked into my FIRST room (TWO queen beds) and not only was one of the beds completely unmade (literally someone just hopped out of it) but the bedside counter in the center was covered in sticky whatever with hair and a dead roach body. I go back to the office after calling their number and the same gentleman gave me another room after I tried to explain what happened. This room was one King size bed, which I did NOT originally pay for. I went back and asked him to give me another CLEAN room with the TWO beds I booked. He proceeded to do so while telling me he didn't ask my na

Decent room and good service from staffs. Strategic location close to almost everything. Just a suggestion, if possible to separate the area of guests with pets especially with dogs. This is not to discriminate but to secure utmost safety of the other guests. If other guests will get bitten, aside from the hustle, waste of time and money, it poses danger to others peoples’ lives.

I liked the ugrades and Mahi this hotal manager he had a Great Customer Service attitude towards me. All fo my interactions with him and I went really well. Also at this hotel YES you can check in early for a small nominal Fee. No other hotel that I know of even allows you to do that

Checked into this hotel I’ve stayed here before sometime last yr while traveling for work.. idk why it has 2 stars the rooms are spotless big parking lot well first room smelled like maybe some animal urine of some sort asked for air freshener at front desk night guy with the long hair was amazing switched me to another room .. soft beds nice flat screen for tv. Nice hot shower .. can’t go wrong ..

I had a really good stay at Days Inn by Wyndham Fredericksburg North. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the lobby smelled amazing when I first walked in. Staff provided excellent service—friendly and helpful the whole time. Parking was easy and convenient, and the Wi-Fi worked great. For the price, I felt it was a great value. The only downside for me was that the bed was a little too firm, so I woke up with some aches. That might just be personal preference though. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.
