Horrible service! Asked them kindly to change my sheets because there were bed bugs and they said “we can’t do anything about it” and left. I saw bugs as soon as I walked in my room and all they told me was “They go away on their own” I never leave bad reviews but this place was just not it… Save your money.

The room stinks like mold, the shower/tub floor is stained, the bedding is cheap and from the 70’s! They would not refund us our room from our reservation. Thank goodness we only had to sleep here one night traveling through. I slept in my clothes and will wait to shower at a better hotel.

It’s not holiday inn anymore. Indian owners which they were nice. But the place needs to be updated and the price is too high for the room since it’s old. Definitely needs to be updated.

Clean room, quiet but traffic is heavy trying to get in and out
