Not clean or well maintained, the area is surrounded by homeless people and it doesn't feel safe, even in the parking lot of the hotel you will see people wandering around or asking for money and cigarettes. One person from the hotel staff opened my door without knocking saw me laying in bed and just closed it again without saying a word. The wash and dry machines show wrong prices and in this case it seems not working (video). Also the towels are all small, after showering you have to dry yourself using a face towel 🤡

I like staying over there. Management is very pleasant and accommodative. They have good rates as well

my friends and i were supposed to stay there for just one night. when we got there, it took an hour for us to even remotely get checked in and given a room. the desk worker was also asking us very personal and weird questions. when we finally got the room, the front desk person at the time gave us a dirty room and knew it was not cleaned. he transferred us into a new room. we had told him we were going to go through with a refund. fast forward, we were in the room for 2 hours. we left for a few hours and came back our key card did not work, when i looked through the window all of our stuff was taken out. when we went down he said the house keeping had taken our stuff out because our stay was cancelled. none of us had cancelled the stay. he had said that it was cancelled after we said we we

Filthy room. Smoke alarm beeping. Room was hot. Bathroom falling apart. Cant believe this was 15,000 Wyndham points. I left after 30 minutes. ETA: There are clearly fake reviews populating google. No real human could make an assessment of this "hotel" and give it 5 stars. The rooms do not resemble anything like the photos. BEWARE.
