Days Inn by Wyndham Charlotte Northlake

I recently stayed at the Days Inn by Wyndham Charlotte Northlake while attending a health event in Charlotte on a Saturday. I wasn’t able to get a discounted room through the company I was working with, so at the last minute I decided to book the lowest-rate hotel I could find near the venue. I chose the Days Inn without checking the reviews first. When I finally did read them, I thought I had made a mistake. It was too late to cancel, so I kept the reservation—and to my surprise, the room I stayed in for two days was in good condition. In fact, it was in great condition for the price I paid. Do not stay here!!!!!!! Very bad area! Checked into the room and first thing we do is check the mattress! Soon as I lifted the mattress a crack pipe falls on the floor! So I went to back to the front desk showed him a picture and said nope I’m not staying here I want my money back! He said call that booking number. I did! So I’m waiting for my money right now. The Hilton garden inn was the best of the best!

The room was dirty, the AC unit was broken and kept turning on and off through the whole night. The bathroom was gross. The hot water didnt work the night we got in and the next day it worked only when the toilet was flushed. online it says rated are cheaper than what I was charged not worth the $115 i was charged. It also says I have 3 different charges on my card for 2 for $140 and 1 for $115. If the two larger charges do not fall off in a couple days I will be calling and getting everything disputed.

They're very wonderful people and helpful to every need. From the Hotel management to the front desk employees they are the most well mannered, most understandable, very helpful and kindness people i have ever stayed up under. Thank you guys so much!!

Positive: Nothing Negative: Everything. 1st room smelled like pot and bathroom was trashed. 2nd room wouldn?t open. Final room ac was half working, huge space in the door, had to slam it to shut. Breakfast is a joke. Locals I say are more of a problem here. Loud all hours
