Days Inn by Wyndham Birmingham/West

First time here and was very skeptical little worried after reading reviews and told bad things about hotel. But must say overall great experience here room was pretty neat clean no bugs roaches found 3 days stayed. Key access to hallways breakfast 6am to 9am good. Only cons had rooms have no microwave, toilet slow flushing, surrounding area a little suspicious especially at night. Location off in cut there is railroad yard and mill nearby. But my experience was good . I rate 3.5 maybe a four if they improve. Recommend if in area good stay. Rate 93 per night.

Came to stay here for a festival weekend in Birmingham with some friends. Horrible hotel! Homeless people out back trying to break into our room all night. Felt so unsafe. Dirty sheets on the bed. Dirty everything. Found a needle under one of our beds and a used condom under the other bed. Absolutely disgusting place. Workers at the front desk are so rude when I asked for clean blankets for the beds. If you wanna feel safe and clean and not fear for your life all night definitely do not stay here!!!!

Hotels commands a pretty aggressive rate for location. Yes but once in there you can clearly see why. Clean very clean, well kept grounds. Impressive, GM reached out about any concerns I had. I have no doubt that he took me seriously and will work on the minor issue that I had. I will definitely recommend for value safety and cleanliness at top-tier level. Front desk was very hospitable and eager to please. Overall I was impressed
