Days Inn by Wyndham Albany SUNY

Everything was good for the price. Simple breakfast. Clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff. The breakfast was minimal but fine. Nothing cooked but good enough

Prepare to be underwhelmed by what they call "BREAKFAST". I must say the staff is genuinely nice and friendly, so I don't mean to cast any negativity on them. It seems like a joke, then you think, "Oh, they haven't finished setting out the food yet"... When I asked the front desk, they said "Corporate told us to only offer one prepackaged item for breakfast. That is all we can offer." I guess that's fair, good to know it's not just this one location. Apparently all Days Inn's fake advertise "breakfast". Aside from coffee, a juice machine, butter, and cream cheese there are only prepackaged muffins. You can prepare your muffins in a microwave or in a toaster (I suppose), that's it. It's completely laughable. At least there aren't too many people crowding the dining area. 😂 Expectations

Positive: Location Negative: Walls are so thin I listened to conversations, TV and flatulence for hours. 1am complained and it got better, only to restart at 7:45a. Sleep is all I wanted for the 9 hours I was in the room and I got less then 5 hrs. Waste of money.

Pretty standard hotel room. Room was clean upon arrival. Bathroom worked fine. Available parking, quiet at night, staff was helpful. The “free breakfast” was a joke though. It was just coffee, orange juice, and some muffins and other carbs. Very cheap hotel though so 🤷‍♂️

Terrible experience. Room was extremely hot, had to sleep with windows open but that’s not my issue. Around 2 in the morning my boyfriend and I witnessed someone opening up our hotel room door. Our room was pitch black and all we see is the door being opened and light from the hallway pouring in and a silhouette of someone. We got up to check what was going on to see our door not fully closed from it being opened just before. I had went to the front desk to let them know the issue and they showed me security footage. The problem is the front desk manager kept skipping around with the footage and couldn’t give me proper evidence!!! I kept asking to show me the footage of the time that my door was opened and he just couldn’t do that, kept giving me footage from around 1:30 when the incident
