My stay was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable from start to finish. The customer service upon arrival was excellent. As an Ambassador Elite member, I truly appreciated the complimentary upgrade and access to the M Lounge, which elevated the entire experience. The M Lounge provided breakfast each morning, and during the week, evening hors d’oeuvres that were substantial and satisfying. I stayed at this Marriott for a work event for the week. I’m a new mom and this was my first trip away from my baby, which means I was pretty anxious about pumping, storing and transporting my breast milk. The staff here were so friendly, kind and sweet. From the first moment I got out of the uber, I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. Every time I needed to access a freezer for another batch of pumped milk, the front desk staff were helpful with a smile and a great attitude, giving me encouragement in a situation where I felt awkward. Even when they had a rush of people checking in, multitasking like crazy under pressure, they still maintained a friendliness of service that I feel like I rarely see these days. Room was nice, clean and spacious. We were at the end of the hall and at times there was a lot of noise from the service area but at night it wasn't bad. We appreciated the fact that the bar/restaurant was open and not only had drinks but also the breakfast buffet and dinner one night. Food was good and was priced well. Liked the fact that we were so close to the DART station. Definitely would stay here again!

I had a great stay at the Dallas Marriott Downtown. As an elite member, the M Club was truly exceptional—one of the best I’ve experienced. The staff, offerings, and overall atmosphere made it feel like a real perk, not just an add-on. The welcome gift waiting in my room was a very nice surprise and a thoughtful touch that made me feel appreciated. The outdoor space was amazing, perfect for relaxing after a long day, and the entire property was spotless and very well maintained. Highly recommend this hotel, especially for elite members looking for a premium experience.
