Dallas Love Field Inn

This place is the worst. It’s like they do everything in their power to make your stay crappy. Terrible attitudes. They treat you like they’d rather not have you there. The rooms are old and busted with roaches everywhere. The grounds are nasty. I had to seriously disinfect my hands after touching the stair railing. It’s foul all the way around.

Do not recommend all around, booked online through a third party and looked like a nice place decided on booking for a trip for our family with 2 toddlers and a baby once we got there it was nothing like it was advertised, people walking around everywhere, people tweaking, walking close to our vehicle, first person I spoke to once I got in the lobby was rude and didn’t want to help me or speak with me, he made me wait before finally speaking to me then was told to wait until 3 to check in if not you get charged a $20.00 fee for checking in early so we waited till it got close to 3PM, then went back and asked to check out the room before checking in and staying my husband went to our room and check it out, room was not clean, smelled nasty, did not have a fridge or microwave, or a deadbolt

It is generally quiet. The rooms do not have refrigerators and microwaves. There is one communal microwave at the check in room. There are free standing air conditioning units that you should not use for heat. There is a button on the wall to activate and control the heat. They have plenty of parking, and the pricing is reasonable. The cleaning crew show up daily.

I have never been to jail or prison in my life, but I’m assuming if I had been it was a nicer place to stay than this I don’t know where to begin, but to just say do not I repeat do not stay there. I have never felt this low in my entire life in the room had cigarette burns even though I was told it was non-smoking the front desk took 20 minutes to check in. There was only one person in front of me and he’s behind a glass wall like at a bank or a store in a bad neighborhood it was freezing outside. The only heater is some weird pad on a wall that I’ve never seen in my life. I took about an hour to warm up the room Made me sick to my stomach, but I got in at 10 PM and had to be up at 3 AM so I just tucked it out for the five hours. This is by far worse than any Motel 6 or any other place I’

Positive: Nice bed and good air conditioning. But, the elevator is out and staff did not offer to provide assistance with carrying luggage upstairs as I am 65 years old. Fortunately I managed this but it would have been nice for the staff to offer. Negative: There is an odor in the building...but I have a very sensitive nose.
