We enjoyed our quick stay after our flight was cancelled. Angela at the front desk went above and beyond to make out stay great and got us into a room early in the day even though they were having computer issues. She checked on us multiple times. We also used their airport shuttle which was nice and free. Advice though even if you are just walking back to get more bags they leave precisely at the time not 3 minutes later even if you let them know that's what a you are doing. We had to wait another 30 minutes. We would stay here again happily.
A nice motel for biz trips, they have a full printer, complimentary FAX and 3 landline phones. Nice breakfast. Gets a little busy Fri/Sats during the holiday/peak months; you may want to try Tahitian Inn or Best Wester way down the street (Dale Mabry) if you cannot book here.
Newly renovated. GREAT STAFF...rooms were clean and fresh. Halls smelled amazing . With Covid I felt comfortable with my stay.
Love this hotel, staff is AWESOME!!
