I stayed here for a week during a work trip. I checked in late around 11pm and I was told they had given away all the king bed room I had PRE paid for and been charged for months ago. I told them to give me any available room at this point and I would like to speak with a manger in-person the next day. Every day I checked to visit with the manager and ALL days I was there the manager/ supervisor was sitting in the lobby "unable" to meet with me, but I was promised a follow up call. it has been 3 weeks since I stayed there and I have called and still nothing. At the time of booking the room rate for two Queens vs a king room were drastically different. I was never refunded nor compensated for them giving away my pre booked King room. Would not stay here again as the rooms were also dirty b

My grand daughters and I have stayed here 3 years in a row for a girls getaway. The location is great, rooms are great also but we stay here mainly for the indoor heated pool. Well, the pool has gone way down hill! It was freezing cold, and dirty! There was a disgusting film on the titles and the deck around the pool was equally as dirty and it is breaking down and needs to be resurfaced! I was very disappointed and may not come back ! You can’t advertise a heated pool and expect people to be happy when their kids won’t swim because it’s cold and very dirty! Also I won’t pay over $300 for one night of disappointment again! Being a Bonvoy member did nothing for the cost! No senior fees or discounts available either.

Positive: The location was excellent, the staff was very friendly & the room was exceptionally clean. Negative: My only issue was the hallways, it smelled like mold/mildew. Spraying the carpet a few times per day with Pine-Sol or Fabuloso will combat the smell in no time.

Despite having booked a two queen room in advance and being gold status members, our room was given to someone else. It was 10pm and they said we could only have a king room (we booked two beds because we aren’t comfortable sharing a bed) or we could move to a lower quality hotel across the street. We asked for two seperate rooms since they had 9 empty king rooms, but they wouldn’t do that either. There was no interest or effort in coming to a fair solution.||As gold members the room is supposed to be guaranteed but the manager said he didn’t care, and we could cancel completely otherwise, but obviously we couldn’t be without a hotel so late at night so this threat was very poor customer service. We did move to the other hotel across the street as they wouldn’t honor the room booking. And

Stayed here for a quick overnight trip. The location is supreme right off the highway and the customer service is always attentive and at the desk. Upon entering atmosphere seems clean. They also have an inside pool which I have not seen in a while. We reserved a king size room, which was very decent in size with a work desk. The room was clean. The shower seems renovated the only thing that we had an issue with was the AC. It was very dusty, so allergies were out of control. Pretty thin walls, but not a loud stay. Beware there is a parking per night fee, which I did not understand as there is no security available but overall, we felt comfortable and safe.
