Customer Reviews
When I come to Portland, this is my #1 hotel choice. The entire location smells fresh and clean. The rooms are amazing with a great mattress to sleep well. While all of that is wonderful and expected, it is the people who work here that make the difference. Tess, Martha and Kelly are so inviting and make you feel like you have known them forever. I love this location specifically because of the people. Outstanding job! Give them a bonus cause it is well deserved.
I was in town on business and stayed at this location. The lobby is clean and nice looking, and they have a bar and restaurant. Both are on the expensive side, but you expect that at a hotel. My room was neat and clean and the furniture was in good shape. Could have used more lights, but that seems to be the trend these days, where hotel rooms use dimmer lights and not so many. Hard to read with dim lights, but it was ok. Room service is every other day, which again is something newer to the hotel market. The days of everyday room cleaning seems to be a thing of the past. Mini fridge in the room, but no microwave. Strange. I asked at the desk and they brought up a small one for my room. All in all, I would come back to this hotel if in the area again. room cards deactivated 1-2 hours before check out for a few of us in our group. Smoke detector in our room had a low battery beeping (how have they not upgraded to wired detectors?). Lighting in rooms is lacking, while the bathroom LED is insanely bright. Elevators shakes side to side so if you are motion sensitive prepare for that. Food was good and Valet is worth the charge they were very professional, quick to get your car when requested, and go out of their way to meet your needs.
Great stay. Rooms were very comfortable with all necessary amenities.
I went to Portland for my birthday weekend and we stayed here. The staff was very helpful and everybody was so nice and it was great. I even got to use one of my favorite bath bombs which I felt so bad because it had tons and tons of glitter in it, but Yesenia did an amazing job from top to bottom. You couldn’t even tell that I had a glitter bomb in the tub. The hotels in a really good location and the food at the hotel is pretty good as well. Also, the drinks the next time we come to Portland we will definitely be staying here again thank you to all the staff who made this great weekend great.
