Courtyard by Marriott Omaha Downtown/Old Market Area

Good location if you want something at a walking distance to restaurant or certain venues at Downtown. However, the rooms are in poor conditions and you have to pay 20+ usd per night for parking. Bathroom was poorly maintained and water took forever to drain.

I was unsatisfied with my stay. I was told breakfast was included, but it is not. There is a ton of construction noise. The balcony door does not seal well and it let's in a ton of noise. The parking is very limited and it is overpriced. I would recommend street parking overnight. I tried to modify my reservation for one more day, but it didn't show on the hotel's end. The hotel ended up extending my stay automatically since my stuff was there and I had to pay double the original rate for the single night. Customer service was unwilling to help me out.

I spent five days at the Courtyard Old Market in Omaha, attending a conference. ||The hotel is conveniently located near the convention centre, about a 10-minute walk away. ||However, I mainly used Lime scooters, which were always parked right in front of the hotel lobby. The hotel’s parking lot is spacious, but the prices are not cheap compared to street parking.||There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance. ||The rooms are very spacious, although I had to change my room right after check-in because it was directly next to an engine room on the eighth floor. Positive: I liked that everything went smoothly! There were no mishaps or unexpected Inconveniences, so I'm pleased. My room was clean and my bed was comfortable! Negative: I didn't like that all the breakfast items contain pork. There were no options with pork or onions.

Very great experience. It was packed tonight. Anthony at the front desk went above and beyond. He was the only worker ! I would definitely recommend another worker or manager come out to help . The poor guy was doing everything by himself. Despite that he was still able to give us a great experience he recommended j Gilbert's and my wife and I LOVED IT.
