Courtyard by Marriott Little Rock West

Positive: Kind staff and access to pool on a very hot day. Negative: The hotel was surrounded by empty, run-down buildings and trash. It was better inside, but definitely not a 3-star hotel.

Let’s start off by complimenting Gary at the front desk! Awesome guy ! Treats you like a King! I wish every hotel had a personality like him when you walk through their front doors. He was very helpful I had a million questions , but he was very patient and answered them all for me. The property looks very nice and well kept up. This will be my go to hotel when I’m in the area for now on.

I never leave a review but I've stayed at this hotel a few times with co-workers and overall the experience is usually pleasant. I want to specifically recognize Gary at the front desk, who consistently provides excellent customer service. He is friendly, professional, and always makes us feel welcome. Employees like him truly make a difference. I would also like to compliment one of the bistro cooks whose name begins with J. (I think it may be Johnny) He is a very good cook and always kind and polite. The quality of the food and his attitude are appreciated, unlike the others that work at the bistro, which is why I cannot give 5 stars. It impacts the overall dining experience. Just stopped in on our way back to Louisiana, thanks for Chef Jay He made us a wonderful quick dinner, he was absolutely wonderful to speak to and he made some outstanding sandwiches and cocktails!
