Courtyard by Marriott Little Rock Downtown

Positive: Location & firepit Negative: States free bicycles. No one knew anything about them. First reason I booked this hotel. Housekeeping was VERY loud so I left hours earlier than I wanted.

My father booked an eight-night stay at the Courtyard by Marriott while attending a funeral. During his entire stay, his room was cleaned only once—on the first night. Despite repeatedly speaking with the front desk, including an employee named Rosa, he was continually assured that housekeeping would service his room. This never happened. Trash accumulated to the point where he was forced to empty his own trash daily, which is unacceptable for a paid hotel stay. During his visit, he also made a purchase at the American Bistro located in the hotel lobby. Upon checkout, he reviewed his hotel statement and found all charges to be accurate. Had an amazing experience at the Courtyard by Marriott in Little Rock, thanks to the incredible bartender, Julie! From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Not only did she mix up some fantastic drinks, but she also offered great local recommendations and made sure we felt right at home. Julie's warmth and excellent service definitely added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend the hotel, and if you’re lucky enough to have Julie behind the bar, you’re in for a treat!

Great location! Walkable to restaurants, theaters, etc. seems new /renovated. Parking is available. But overnight on the streets is free so we were able to utilize street parking. Would happily stay here again. Standard courtyard amenities (bistro, etc)

The sweet lady who worked the night shift is really awesome and she went above and beyond to make my stay amazing. She needs a raise or a big christmas bonus plus she needs a plaque of recognition for outstanding top employee. She not only made sure our vehicles were safe over night but she also got my points credited to my account and made check in and check out super quick and easy. And she knew all the answers to each of my questions. And much much more.
