This hotel was a good place to stay overall. The rooms and common areas were clean and well maintained, which made the stay comfortable and pleasant. The location was convenient with easy access to nearby roads, restaurants, and local attractions, making it a practical choice for travelers. The staff were helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with questions or requests, which added to the positive experience. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The bar was another highlight of the stay. It had a nice ambiance—relaxed and welcoming—making it a great spot to unwind after a long day. Overall, this hotel offers cleanliness, convenience, good service, and a pleasant bar atmosphere, and it’s a place we would consider staying at again.

I recently booked a room at the courtyard while traveling for my aunt’s funeral. I really had an amazing stay. Thelma at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. She was a breath of fresh air after a long drive and a tough situation. Great customer service is rare these days and I would recommend this hotel to everyone .

Clean and comfortable hotel in Lancaster. Near the Sight & Sound Theater, Amish country, and downtown. A good place to stay with a very friendly and efficient staff.

This hotel was great it was very clean and quiet. We said the weekend from a Friday night to a Sunday morning and everything seemed very peaceful. I like the hotel feel because it’s private no one bothers you like bed-and-breakfast is where everyone was talk to you and I just want get away and be alone. The coffee was great I had my caramel macchiato with soy milk every morning they have Starbucks coffee. I didn’t try the breakfast it was $12 and Buffay style. However the coffee was perfect for morning. This hotel seemed full on Friday night a lot of people stood here a lot of families. My only complaint was that they didn’t clean my room during my stay. We stood out all day on Saturday and I wanted fresh towels and my sheets changed however when we came back we came back to a messy room.

Overall a good place to stay - A clean, comfortable hotel with spacious rooms and a modern bathroom. Service was great as well. However, and these are quite minor things - the shower didn’t get very hot, the blow dryer was underpowered, and the hotel's restaurant food was mediocre.
