Courtyard by Marriott Huntsville University Drive

Had a awesome stay. It was away time with the hubby. I love that we could sit out in the balcony. The Gm was very nice to us during our stay. Breakfast was really good.Room was nice and spacious

Maintenance had to be called, no hot water at night or in the morning. It would have been nice to have a hot shower when its 40 degrees outside. By the morning, it was barely luke warm. I request to talk to a manager and was told no management was on property for the weekend. Lot of things seem to be down, tv was not working properly, internet was very slow, and doors were not functioning properly. Maybe need to retrain the maintenance man. Front desk agent was very nice. Only can get ice from the bistro, which the lady offered me a water too. Both ladies were nice and seem to feel bad about the situation.

Newly renovated and beautifully maintained. The room was spacious, spotless, and designed for ultimate comfort. Everything felt fresh and modern, making for a very relaxing stay. I would absolutely stay here again.

Positive: Friendly staff Negative: This hotel is in construction/rennovation... And they booked the hotel without informing the guests.. all the amenities were not there.. for anything they will ask us to use in different hotels...

Worst Marriott I've ever stayed at. Arrived and found the entire front entrance of the hotel under construction and blocked. Poor signage and poor lighting made it difficult to figure out where to go. Found a side entrance with a sign marked "office". Only a small amount of parking spaces available. Went to dinner, came back to them being all full. Had to park in the dark, inaccessible side of the hotel. There was another side entrance, but my key card would not open it (it was 8:30pm). Walked all the way around and found my way in. Noticed that at least two parking spaces were taken up by vehicles clearly associated with the hotel construction. One of the best spots near the main repurposed entrance was taken up by a forklift that should have been parked elsewhere so guests could park.
