Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Las Colinas

5 stars means a wow factor to me and I got the top notch service and experience that most hotels dont have. A special thanks to ALL the staff. When I return to Dallas area, I definitely will put this on my must stays

Very close to the DFW and do provide shuttle service to and from the airport! Very friendly staff and assistance manager. Very easy to check in! The internet is so weak and very, very slow! Room is okay. You can lay your luggage around. But the coffee in the room is terrible .

I was pleasantly surprised by how good this hotel was. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My room, while no-frills, was very clean and tidy. It was quiet even though I was on the first floor. Beds were a tad soft for my taste but very comfy.

Good hotel exterior and grounds are a little dated bit rooms and lobby were updated and nice. Close to DFW and fair variety of food places nearby. Service was great.

Positive: comfortable bed. Always like the additional room of a suite. Negative: Couch was not very comfortable. No free breakfast, instead there is a Starbucks in the lobby and you have to pay for breakfast. The only coffee options in the room were bold roast and decaf bold roast.
